ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Back to You program was designed to get you feeling strong, confident and consistent with your workouts again after taking some time off! Gym and home options are both available so wherever you’re at in your journey, I got you.

GYM PROGRAM

This is a 4 week program that will get you strong, confident and mastering the gym again!

The Back to You program has a mix of dumbbell, barbell, machines and cable exercises so that you’ll have super well rounded and versatile workouts.

Each day you’ll have the sets and reps written out for you with a video to follow along with so you know exactly what you’re doing for your workout.

Each week has 3 workouts, with an optional 4th day if you’re feeling like you need a little more!

You’ll have 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 1 full body day & another optional full body day.

You’ll also have a mindset tip coming in hot each week of the 30 day program!

HOME PROGRAM

This is a 4 week program that will get you back in to exercise and feeling like the confident queen that you are!

The Back to You program has a mix of dumbbell, handle band, booty band and body weight exercises so that you’ll have super well rounded workouts.

Each day you’ll have the sets and reps written out for you with a video to follow along with so you know exactly what you’re doing for your workout.

Each week has 3 workouts, with an optional 4th day if you’re feeling like you need a little more!

You’ll have 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 1 full body day & another optional full body day.

You’ll also have a mindset tip coming in hot each week of the 30 day program!

FAQs

Can I do this program at home?

Yes! There is a GYM program for purchase as well as a HOME workout for purchase.

How long will the workouts take me?

The workouts will take 35-50 minutes.

What equipment do I need?

For GYM workouts, you will need a conventional gym that has dumbbells, barbells, common machines and cable equipment. You will also need a set of booty bands that can be purchased HERE.

For HOME workouts, you will need a set of handle bands (purchase HERE) and booty bands (purchase HERE).

Do you provide nutritional guidance in this program?

Yes! You will also receive my Macros Made Easy guide with the purchase of the Back to You program. I walk you through how to calculate your own macros for your goals!

How many days per week will I need to workout?

This program has 3 days of workouts with an additional 4th optional workout day included.

Is this program good for beginners?

This program is great for any stage of your fitness journey! If you’re just getting back in to exercise after some time off, this program was created just for YOU! The exercise selection, rep ranges and days per week were all designed to get you comfortable with working out again. No crazy or complicated exercises here!

WHO I AM

I grew up playing competitive soccer and cheerleading and have always loved being active. I began going to the gym in high school when my dad got me a personal trainer, and absolutely loved how strong I felt after a workout. From those early moments in the gym, I knew I wanted to teach others how to feel the same way!

I started my personal training career at the young age of 20 years old and have never looked back.

My background ranges from bodybuilding, to training athletes, to leading invigorating group fitness classes.

Becoming a mom just a couple of months ago has taught me to really utilize any amount of time I have in my day to move my body, so I can stay sane, strong and be the best version of myself for my family.
